Putting things right

Again there would be set examples by everyone in the Organization. And to achieve your goal and to make things right is quite difficult at initial stage follow the things right and you would reach where you want to be. people get frustrated at the initial stage, but do remember Patience is the power you have where you can judge yourself and you can put yourself in correct way to achieve the goal. Though i am not a great writer but do adhere what i learn from my experience. Follow your own principles and be discipline towards the goal or benchmark you want to set initial stage people wont care what are you doing but to catch the attention you have to do the things in different way people have the same substitutes that they have learn but you have to keep the same dose what you can give on your work. Maybe you would be slow learner that doesn't mean you are not smart. Smartness lies the way you keep the things or you portray your self even if you can make the things in your favor you have almost done. as we say "The Richest ripe is always at the top of the tree"
